Mellisma's services are aimed at businesses and professionals (B2B); the Site offers no direct e-commerce and no consumer-facing services.

3. Status of the information

The information published on the Site is general and informative. It does not constitute professional, technical or legal advice, nor a binding contractual offer. Browsing the Site, submitting a contact request or exchanging preliminary correspondence does not of itself create any contractual or professional relationship between the user and Mellisma; such a relationship arises only upon signature of the corresponding contract or proposal accepted by both parties.

Mellisma endeavours to keep the Site's information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness or currency of all content at all times. Content may be amended, extended or withdrawn without notice.

4. Conditions of use

Use of the Site is governed by this notice and by the Terms of use. Users undertake to use the Site diligently and lawfully and, in particular, to refrain from: (a) uses that damage, overload or impair the Site or prevent its normal use; (b) attempts at unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts; (c) introducing malicious software; (d) using Site content for unlawful purposes or contrary to this notice; and (e) submitting false, bulk or automated contact requests.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Site's content — including texts, trade marks, logos, graphic compositions, illustrations, code and structure — is owned by MELLISMA LABS S.L. or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual- and industrial-property law. Viewing, and such temporary copies as are strictly necessary for browsing, are permitted. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or systematic extraction of content for commercial purposes without Mellisma's prior written authorisation is prohibited. "Mellisma" and the associated logo are distinctive signs of MELLISMA LABS S.L.

6. Availability and security

Mellisma applies reasonable measures to keep the Site available and secure. However, the user accepts that no computer system is infallible and that access may be interrupted or limited by maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond Mellisma's control. Mellisma does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absolute absence of vulnerabilities, and will take reasonably required measures upon obtaining actual knowledge of incidents attributable to it.

7. Third-party links

The Site may include links to third-party sites for information only. Mellisma does not control those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, policies or practices. A link implies neither recommendation nor association. Where a link leads to unlawful content, Mellisma will remove it diligently upon actual knowledge, in accordance with Arts. 16 and 17 LSSI-CE.

8. Liability

Mellisma is liable for damage caused by its wilful misconduct or negligence under applicable law. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Spanish law. Users are liable for damage caused to Mellisma or third parties by their breach of these conditions.

9. Data protection and cookies

Personal-data processing connected with the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from use of the Site, and to the extent mandatory rules do not provide otherwise, the parties submit to the Courts of the city of Barcelona. Where a user acts as a consumer, the legally applicable forum shall apply.

Should any provision of this notice be declared void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
