Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 — 17 August 2026

English rendering of the Spanish «Política de Cookies», which is the primary legal version.

1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are files or records a website may store or read on your device. Their use is governed by Art. 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the guidance of the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD); for UK visitors, by PECR as amended.

2. Current state of this Site: no cookies

mellisma.com currently sets no first- or third-party cookies and uses no local storage, tracking pixels, analytics or advertising technology. This statement is based on a technical audit of the source code, the published bundles and real browser behaviour, repeated after every relevant deployment.

For that reason, and in line with AEPD guidance, this Site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to or refuse.

3. Strictly necessary infrastructure technologies

The Site is served through Cloudflare's infrastructure. In certain security circumstances (e.g. attack mitigation) that infrastructure may set technical, strictly necessary cookies, exempt from consent under Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE. As of this version, our deployment audit has detected none. If a later verification detects any, this Policy will be updated to identify each by its real name, purpose and duration.

4. Contact form

Submitting the contact form transmits the data you enter to our endpoint (see the Privacy Policy); it does not place cookies or identifiers on your device.

5. If non-essential cookies are ever added

Before activating any analytics, personalisation or marketing technology: (a) this Policy will be updated to identify each real technology (no invented names); (b) prior consent will be requested through a mechanism offering accept and reject with equal prominence and granular preferences; (c) no non-essential technology will run before consent; and (d) consent will be withdrawable at any time, as easily as it was given.

6. Updates

The version of this Policy in force, with its date, is the one published on this page.
