Terms of use
Version 1.0 — 17 August 2026
English rendering of the Spanish «Condiciones de uso», which is the primary legal version.
These Terms govern access to and use of the website mellisma.com (the "Site"), owned by MELLISMA LABS S.L. (NIF B88896873, Calle Creueta, 3, 08870 Sitges, Barcelona, Spain; Registro Mercantil de Barcelona, sheet B-658947; business@mellisma.com). Accessing the Site implies acceptance of these Terms, the Legal notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents Mellisma's B2B services and offers a contact channel. It is not an e-commerce platform: service relationships are always formalised in a specific contract or proposal with its own terms.
2. Permitted use
Access and browsing for lawful purposes are permitted, including consulting the published information and using the contact form for genuine, good-faith enquiries.
3. Prohibited uses
The following are prohibited, among others: (a) compromising the security of the Site or its contact endpoint, or attempting unauthorised access; (b) bulk scraping, systematic extraction of content or its commercial reuse without written authorisation; (c) submitting false, spam or automated requests; (d) introducing malware; (e) impersonating third parties; (f) any use contrary to law, good faith or public order. Mellisma may block such uses through proportionate technical measures.
4. Intellectual property
Site content is protected as set out in the Legal notice §5. These Terms grant no licence over Mellisma's trade marks, content, software or methodologies.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The Site's information is general in nature and constitutes neither advice nor a binding offer; its use creates no professional or contractual relationship. Mellisma does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absolute absence of errors, and is liable only as set out in the Legal notice §§6 and 8. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes
Mellisma may modify the Site and these Terms at any time. The version in force, with its date, is the one published on this page; changes apply from publication.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Save where a mandatory forum applies, disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona (see the Legal notice §10).
8. Severability
The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
